A confirmation email is always sent when an order is placed successfully, please check your
spam/junk folder for an email.

We have parcel collection daily Monday to Friday, all orders received before 12 noon will be
sent out the same day.

We use Royal Mail Fully Tracked 24 and 48 Priority Service which means you will receive a
text/email when your order is on the way to you along with a further notification from Royal
Mail as to when they will deliver.

If you need to reschedule your delivery you can easily do this via the Royal Mail website.

Yes, we open Tuesday – Friday 10.00am till 2.00pm. We close January – March but can still
accommodate click and collect orders by arrangement.

Sorry, but no. We do not have the licences or insurance as a petting farm, but there are
plenty to visit nearby.
