We choose Royal Mail as our preferred shipping partner, although we do reserve the right to use other couriers where necessary.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver item by the next working day, but it can take up to two working days

If your address is entered incorrectly then your shipment may be delayed, undeliverable or subject to a surcharge. Please ensure your house name/number AND road (if applicable) is correct along with area and postcode.

Further more if your shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, due to an incorrect address, then we will not reship free of charge, or in the case of a refund we will only refund the cost of the products*

If you are prone to skin allergies, The Little Goat Soap Company suggest that you do a patch test before using a product. If you have any medical concerns about using our products, some of which contain essential oils that should not be used when pregnant, lactating or with certain medical conditions, please consult your medical practitioner.
