Welcome to The Little Goat Soap Company’s Token Programme! By participating, you agree to the following terms:

Earning Tokens:

• Earn 1 Little Goat Token for every £1 spent on products (excluding shipping and tax).
• Each Token is worth £0.05 off a future order.
• Tokens are added to your balance once your order is paid for.

Eligibility:

• Tokens are available to registered customers only — orders placed as a guest can't earn them.
• No minimum spend is required to start collecting Tokens.

Spending Tokens:

• Tokens are spent against your basket, where 20 Tokens takes £1 off your order total.
• Tokens you put towards a basket leave your balance straight away, and return to it if you remove them before checking out.
• Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
• Tokens spent on an order do not themselves earn new Tokens.

Refunds:

• If an order is refunded, Tokens earned on it are removed, and Tokens spent on it are returned, in proportion to the amount refunded.

Expiration:

• Tokens will expire if no purchases are made within 365 days using your account.

Additional Offers:

• Check our website and social media regularly for special promotions and opportunities to earn extra Tokens.

Changes and Termination:

• The Little Goat Soap Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Token Programme at any time without prior notice.
