Shipping policy

We choose Royal Mail as our preferred shipping partner, although we do reserve the right to use other couriers where necessary.

Please note the following service aims from Royal Mail:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver parcels within two to three working days Royal Mail
• Tracked 24 aims to deliver item by the next working day, but it can take up to two working days

Please note these times are aims and are NOT guaranteed.  

If your address is entered incorrectly then your shipment may be delayed, undeliverable or subject to a surcharge.

Please ensure your house name/number AND road (if applicable) is correct along with area and postcode.  

Further more if your shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, due to an incorrect address, then we will not reship free of charge, or in the case of a refund we will only refund the cost of the products*
