If you are not delighted with your products from The Little Goat Soap Company, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All we ask is that you send us the products unused and in their original packaging.

Please contact us to let us us know in advance that you have something to return and we will send you a reference number and return address. 

If it’s the whole order you’re returning we’ll also refund the original shipping charge, but please note we do not cover the cost of posting any item back.

Once we have received your products, we will process a refund for you, please allow 7 days.

If you change your mind after placing your order you are legally entitled to cancel an order before it is dispatched. As we dispatch the same day we receive an order, you will have only have a small amount of time to do so. Please contact us as soon as possible after you have placed your order. If your order has already been dispatched you can return the products to us within 14 days for a full refund.
