Simply (unscented) Guest Shampoo Bar is completely fragrance free so it is suited to those with sensitive skin and scalps or for those who prefer their shampoo unfragranced.

Made with Raw Goat Milk, from our own small herd of Happy Goats, we combine the milk with Natural Oils and Vitamin E.

No Fragrance Added. This means our Shampoo is free of synthetic fragrances, it has no added colours or anything else that may irritate your scalp. and have benefits over their bottled counterparts.

Goat Milk Benefits for the Hair and Scalp

In addition to providing numerous benefits for a daily skincare routine, Goat Milk is hugely beneficial for the Hair and Scalp.

Goat Milk is full of vitamins and minerals which help keep the scalp in optimum condition. Vitamin A and C both help to stimulate the production of collagen, which is  essential for healthy roots and hair growth.

Goat Milk contains Lauric Acid, which is a fatty acid which protects the roots of the hair and is also antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial which means it can help manage troublesome scalp conditions.

Goat milk contains both saturated and unsaturated fat which helps hydrate the hair making it stronger, more manageable and overall healthier.

Hair Loving Oils

We combine the Goat Milks natural oils including Castor Oil which is a natural emollient and is known to nourish the hair and protect it from breaking, it also helps smooth the outer hair cuticle and adds shine, which helps eradicate the need for a separate conditioner.

Castor oil is also an antibacterial which helps to reduce fungal and bacteria on  the scalp.

It also absorbs dirt, leaving you with clean shiny hair!

These combined benefits make Simply Unscented Goat Milk Shampoo Bar an excellent choice for those with sensitive skin, psoriasis or eczema and is suitable for all hair types.

Simply (unscented) Guest Shampoo Bar contains No Parabens, No Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS) and No added colourings.

Why use our Goat Milk Shampoo?

All our shampoos and soaps are made by hand in small batches here on the farm, we use carefully selected ingredients which we combine with raw Goats Milk from our own small herd of happy goats.

We do not reduce the milks efficacy by diluting it with water, nor do we use a cheaper powdered alternative.

Our ladies are family pets, they all have names and we give them the best possible life we can. When they retire from milking they stay with the herd and tend to stay in their family groups keeping an eye on the grand ‘ kids’.

None of our products are tested on animals

Tips for using a Shampoo Bar

Wet your hair and the Shampoo Bar. Rub the Shampoo Bar between your hands to create a lather. Massage the lather into your scalp and hair. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

There can be a period of adjustment in making the transition from bottled shampoo to a bar, some people take to it straightaway, for others it takes a little longer.

Below are a few tips to help you on your way to a super healthy scalp and beautifully nourished hair.

  • Less is More – a little goes a long way.
  • Rinse very thoroughly.
  • Give it some time as your hair may need to adjust to a natural product.

If you find you are struggling try and Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) Rinse. We recommend ½ to 4 tablespoons of ACV to 8 ounces of water. –(Experiment to find a dilution that works best for your hair type (dry hair likes less ACV and oily hair like more)

You might find you need the ACV rinse every other wash for the first week or so, but after this your hair should adjust and you should only need it once a month if at all.
